برای اشاره به افراد استفاده می‌شود.

نکات مهم
- در جملات تعریف‌کننده (Defining Clauses) می‌توان از that به جای who یا which استفاده کرد.
- در جملات غیرتعریف‌کننده (Non-defining Clauses) همیشه از who یا which استفاده می‌شود و that کاربرد ندارد.
